Hello dear Masteriyo team. I wish you are all good. I’m using eduhub and language of my website is rtl Arabic. In mobile, in courses page when the scroll to to is enabled and we scroll to go down, it’ll scroll to up sometimes. When i disable scroll to top, it works fine.

    Hi @26book32,

We have tested the scroll to top feature on several mobile devices but could not find any issue in our testing environment or on the demo site: https://themegrilldemos.com/elearning-eduhub-gutenberg/

If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please let us know which mobile device you used to test it and also share the link to your site? This will help us look into it further and assist you better.

    Best regards!

Hello dear Amrit. Thank you for the reply.

For me: when i use eduhub, languege: arabic, the modern layout of the course page [example.com/courses] and course sorting and filter is on, it’ll jump up sometimes. Maybe the things i enabled caused that. It still happening. In Eduhub

    Hi @26book32,

Thank you for getting back to us.

We have tested the scroll-to-top feature along with the filter, and everything is working fine on our end. You can check it on this demo site: https://themegrilldemos.com/elearning-eduhub-gutenberg/courses/.

Please note that changing the language does not affect features such as scroll to top or sorting/filtering.

It seems the issue might be caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin. Could you please refer to this documentation: https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/test-conflict-on-your-site and kindly follow the steps mentioned there? This will help identify the cause of the problem.

    Kind regards,
