Scroll vertical does not appear

    Hello.

    I think I have correctly configured the vertical scroll. It appears all right when I am as administrator on the web (sometimes not). But when I’m as navigator it doesn’t appear. I don’t know what is wrong with it.

    We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

    Could you please try again with al plugins deactivated except Elementor and Premium Addons and let me know if that did the trick?

    Hello @leap13 , thank you for your reply.

    A new update. Actually the plugin works but only when I refresh the page several times. I mean, I have to press F5 several times to make it appear. Do I have to deactivate all plugins to test or it has nothing to do with it?

    Hi @antonio9999

    Could you please navigate to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab, disable Dynamic Assets Generate and let me know if that did the trick for you?

    Hi @leap13 and sorry for the delay.

    I have tried both solutions you have suggested and still the vertical scroll does not appear optimally. Sometimes it doesn’t even appear after refreshing the page several times. I don’t know why.

    Hi @antonio9999

    I have checked your page and I can see that you applied the vertical scroll on four sections: #sec1, #sec2, #sec3 and #sec4

    Those four sections are not below each others. Premium Vertical Scroll widget should be applied on sections below each others and their heights are equal or larger than browser screen height (can be smaller than screen height, but it’s recommended to use it for sections equal or larger than browser height)
