Hi ibingundbruder,
Thank you for contacting us.
First, a quick note: we strongly advise against sharing login credentials on public forums like this for security reasons. Please remove them if possible.
After checking your site, we suspect the scrolling issue you’re experiencing might be related to your “feuerwehr” theme. It’s possible that your theme is overriding some of LearnPress’s default styling or JavaScript, causing this behavior with the scrollbar.
To help us pinpoint whether the issue is with your theme or LearnPress itself, could you please try the following:
- Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five.
- Deactivate all plugins except LearnPress.
Then, check if the scrollbar in the course container and sidebar now works normally with your scroll wheel.
If the issue is resolved after performing these steps, it indicates a conflict with either your “Feuerwehr” theme or one of your other plugins. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the theme developer for assistance, or reactivating your plugins one by one to identify the specific conflicting plugin.
If the issue persists even after these steps, please let us know, and we’ll explore other solutions for you.
Best regards,
Brianvu-tp
