Scrollbox form doesn’t work

    Dear user, I have created a form and tested it with the same settings on my local test environment and it works as expected, so this is not a general bug.

    Le’s try to understand the problem on your side, please check all the below points and get back to me with the results.

    * Please check the form maker’s version on your site and get back to me.
    * Please send me a screenshot with your appearance settings.
    * Please try to use another appearance option to see whether the forms work with that appearance.

    Hi @natalia66,

    Thanks for getting back to me and thanks for the screenshot.

    From your screenshot, I see that you have chosen the Scrollbox option not Pop-up and the form appears once I scroll down the page, please see the video recording https://nimb.ws/jwUIMF.

    Yes, now it appears because I added in a external pop up with the embedded option, this is the only way to have it:
