    Is there a css code to make the background scroll with you as you scroll not stay?

    Hi

    Yes, these are default WordPress settings for the background image. 🙂
    Go to the Customizer.
    Open the Background Image panel.
    Check the box next to the Scroll with Page option.

    It looks like you can only do that if it is set to “custom” but does not allow the image to be full screen.
