Scrolling not working…

Hello! I’ve used your plugin successfully over the last 6 months or so on other projects, but appear to be having issue with a website running The Company theme (http://themeforest.net/item/the-company-responsive-multipurpose-theme/7438138). I’ve went through and disabled all plugins that we can to check for conflicts, but I still can not get the scroll to id to work. I can see the scroll to id javascript loading like it should in the footer and no errors are coming up in console. I’m stumped!
