Scrolling on Mobile

Scrolling on mobile (tested in Safari and Chrome on an iPhone) seems to fire some kind of window resizing event — or something similar that triggers some of the table classes to change/reset. Is that the intended behavior? It’s really messing with some of my custom JS that I need for adding classes to control styling.
