Scrolling text message below the Menu

    You have not set above and below both in text message,because message have been display at time only one place above or below not both side.

    I installed the Horizontal Scrolling Announcements Plugin thinking that would help me tp get a scrolling text message. But that is not working. So I just put it as a parallax slider with one slide. But what I would really like is a scrolling message below the menu. How can I get that working?
