Scrolls back up after scrolling down

I’m using the easy smooth scroll links plugin. When I click the link to scroll, it scrolls down just fine, but then scrolls back up a little so the page bounces. I’ve tried changing the offset and the easing effect, but nothing makes the bounce go away. I want it to just scroll down and not go back up.
Here is my site: http://www.volunteerone.com. The scrolling button is ‘get started’ on the header slider.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I was actually looking for solving the issue. Weirdly a thing that worked for me was to change the animation used !
But the plugin didn’t really satisfied me so I just removed it and simply added
idmyself in the pages and for smooth animation you can use jQuery !http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8579643/simple-jquery-scroll-to-anchor-up-or-down-the-page
