SDM Shortcodes not working

    Help! My SDM shortcodes have stopped working. I’m familiar with SDM and it has worked fine for many months, years even. Now I realise that the shortcodes are not connecting to the download file url. The url itself takes you directly to the correct download page, but the shortcode does not. I’ve deactivated every other plug-in but to no effect, the shortcodes still don’t work. I’ve attempted to view the debug log file but all I get is a blank page. Any ideas anyone please?

    Hi, can you share the shortcode you are currently using? Also do you know what has changed in your site prior to this issue happening?

    Hi. here’s the shortcode … [sdm_download id=”1632″ fancy=”1″ new_window=”1″ color=”green”] I have tried other variations. When I try to download content from via the shortcake I notice that

    I’m not aware of any changes to the site other than updating content and various plug-ins. But as I say I’ve deactivated all plug-ins except for SDM and the shortcodes still don’t work.

    Here’s the url I see when I try to download content from the download button … http://www.andysellers.co.uk/?smd_process_download=1&download_id=1632. notice the question mark???

    A problem is that I’ve only just noticed that the downloads aren’t downloading – this could have been the case for many months as I’ve had no reason to amend the download content or check the downloading.

    Hi, in the file download settings page what URL did you enter in the following field Upload File?
