    I need to know which is the best way to add data to a hidden field so that i can edit it from backend and sort submissions by searching for it. Like if the hidden field is a radio with yes or no, I need the yes to be sorted together for final export.

    And, in the search, can I implement search for two parameters. Like, if pay==”yes” (for the purpose of the previous paragraph) and event==”So and So” ??

    In the current module, we don’t have the method to search records based on the suggested way.

    But yes, your requirement can be full filled in our premium plugin add-on Schedule report. It has the ability to export the records based on the rules you require.

    Once scheduled, you will get your file to your mailing address set and no need to come again to the site for exporting the data based on your requirement. We suggest you to try our premium plugin add-on for your requirement.
