Search All Directory

    Hi,

    Is it possible to have a search shortcode which can be placed on a any page and when people search it will search through all Name directories we have.

    Please advice.

    Understand that we can enable WordPress search in settings but its kind of search all including posts, so looks messed up. If just search for all directories alone would be great function.

    Hey @venthi7

    Thank you for your question. At the moment you can either search in a specific directory (so this is per directory) or you include results of all directories in the default WordPress search results, which indeed searches all content on the site.

    At this moment there is no separate search option to search in all directories at once.

    Do you need this for a commercial site?
