Search and Replace Text in Posts

    I would like to change some text in my posts from "<div class="game-title">title</div>" to "<h2 class="game-title">title</h2>" i tried to use plugins like search & replace but the problem is that if i replace the closing </div> to </h2> it will replace ALL of the div’s, is there a plugin to replace the opening and closing tags while skipping the text in the middle?
