    I have installed this plugin on my WP site and everything is working great. For some reason though on the ticket page the search box is displaying way off to the right. I am using this shortcode on the page: [addosticket].
    Is that a known issue or could this have to do with the theme I am using?

    Hello,

    Thats an issue with the theme it self.
    you could check out the CSS code using inspect element in chrome/ FF to find out what CSS code is pushing it away from where you want it.
