If you want more of an answer than that, then please elaborate. Seeing your site would help a lot, also seeing your search results template would be quite helpful as well.

I’m not exactly sure how that is possible, considering it’s your theme and not Relevanssi that creates the search results. Relevanssi just provides an array of posts, as does the basic WP search; Relevanssi doesn’t have any opinion about the search results page layout.
