If you use search as widget, you can select the field Type in settings >> http://joxi.ru/GrqEwLpI40MqWr
If you use it as shortcode you just need to include this field like:
[es_search_form title=”your title” layout=”horizontal” fields=”price,address,es_state,es_category,es_type,city,street,bedrooms,bathrooms”]

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I used your shortcode again in the template code :

Unfortunately, the search “filters” selected ie es_type do not work.

Do you have any types already in Data Manager of the plugin or this list is empty? If so, please add one type at least and check the page with search again.
