Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out!
I understand that you’d like to filter your products by location on the product category pages.
With WooCommerce by default, there’s no option to specify product locations. Only the general shop location is selected in WooCommerce >> Settings >> General, so you’d need to find a workaround of some sort, or use an additional plugin.
On your site, I see that product-tag is being used to determine the location, like here:

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-3
There isn’t a default widget which could be used to filter your products by tags, but there’s a “product tag cloud” widget:

If you’d still like to keep using product tags and add a tag dropdown widget – you could try using a plugin like this one:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tag-dropdown-widget/
Alternatively, you could set the location using product attributes and use one of the default widgets, “filter products by attribute” for example.
It might also be possible to find a plugin which provides the functionality you’re looking for, although I’ll refrain from recommending a particular one since I haven’t tested any of those myself.
I hope this helps!
