search by Tag/bulk zipcodes

Hi i saw that you added a widget to the plugin thats cool is there any way to search by tags?or search by bulk zipcodes? since i wana be able to search for a state that has related cities in them example:
state 1= 1002,1003,1004,1005,1006
state 2= 1011,1012,1013,1014,1015

so if i search for any of the above zipcodes that specific state thats has that zipcode or i was thinking of using tags on the post will come out if not it will give me nearest wich is defaulted at 25miles

can anyone please help
