    Hello

I have two strange search console errors and think Yoast may be a part of the problem or solution.
The first is a breadcrumb error which search console reports as:
Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified
    Error Missing field “id”

I do not have breadcrumbs turn on through Yoast or my Theme (Total).

The second is an unparsable structured data error. Search console says it is on the page above, but when I put that url into the structured data testing tool, it says there are no errors. The search console error is:
    Incorrect value type “@id”

I hope you are able to help me resolve or point me in the right direction to resolve these issues. I have read a lot of guidance online, but nothing that I can put into practice.

    Many thanks

    Hi @mish99,

Please update to the latest version (14.0.4). Can you please confirm whether this solves the problem you reported.

If not, can you please write a full bug report following the steps laid out in this article: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/

    Thanks @awesomesaurus

I was already on that version and have asked Google to validate the fix. As that takes a couple of days I have also raised a bug report just in case.

    Many thanks

    Hello,

Is not resolved a receive again the error by Google…

Top Errors : Errors can prevent your page or feature from appearing in Search results.

You must indicate “name” or “item.name”

    In the breadcrumbs.

    Thank you

@milouze I have reported a bug with Yoast, there was already a thread for it on Github. I tried ‘validating fix’ on Search Console. I doubt it will help, but it has stopped the emails!
