    i have tried everything. shortcode for search does not work. i have tried
    [ultimate-faq-search]
    [ultimate-faqs-search]
    [ultimate-faqs-search show_on_load=”Yes”]

    just displays as text as if shortcode doesnt exist.

    Just to be sure, the FAQ search is a feature of the premium version of the plugin. That being said, if you are using the premium version and are experiencing issues with the search functionality, then please contact us via email or our site (https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/), as these forums are for the discussion of the free version of this software.
