search filter

Hi I just installed the better search plugin, and it seems to be working. I have two questions.

1. It does not look like the highlight is working, I added the css and saved the settings for the plugin, but when I search for a term it does not highlight the term on the page.

2. If I search for “Mission” it is pulling up anything like mission, so it will display results if it is like mission. I see Submission, admissions, commission, how do I have it only bit search for term like and instead search for only the term =.
