Listing categories are different from each other and each of the listing categories includes different settings for the layouts and searching forms as well. Make sure that you have set the searching form for each of the listing categories from your end. Please make sure that you created archive pages for Listing types, if you are using the Category Search form, please make sure that each category is connected with listing types, each listing type has configured categories of search forms with existing custom fields, and that all these custom fields are added to advanced form search settings.
Also, there may be a conflict with 3rd party plugins, so try to deactivate them all and re-check.
