Thank you for your query.
If your gallery page is not the home page then you need to specify the gallery page slug in the general settings section.
Like if you gallery url is: example.com/library
then you need to set library as the gallery page slug in the general settings page.

Hello @mhmrajib, thank you so much for the quick response. I set the gallery page slug to resources since the page slug where I have the gallery shortcode is resources. This did not work. Is there anything else I can try?
I am working in a development site where there is a suffix to all my URLs (.flywheelsites.com) in case that might be making a difference. Let me know, thank you again.
