I am using the following short code on a page to list the directory:

    [employees search=”yes” title=”yes” last_name=”yes” department=”yes” sort=”last_name” order=”ASC” ]

When I actually search the directory, using the for a Name or Title that I know are there they do not show up on the results. In fact, the results seem random.

Thanks for downloading our plugin. Sorry, but when I load your exact shortcode and parameters, I have no issues searching by partial or full first or last name. All results are sorted by last name and only show letters appearing in those first or last name fields. If you can provide a login for me to test at [email protected] then I’d be happy to see what the issue is. Just wanted to confirm that you need to enable Post Names in Settings / Permalinks vs having the default ID permalinks…

    Hi Chris,
I sent you a login to that email as a subscriber so you can see the page as well as a direct link to the page with the directory on it.

Yes we are using post names as our permalink.

I also confirmed that all the users have completed the name fields.

Thanks for the Subscriber access. Are you using WordPress Multisite? If so, we don’t support that, which would cause issues. If not, I’d need admin access to look at the plugins you have loaded. It maybe a conflict with another you are running…

As discussed, you have a multisite install, therefore this plugin won’t function for you. We only support the single install version of WordPress.
