Search Function not working

    Hello

    When you search a specific day and a location, I get no results even though all my records have business hours and if you search just by location, the listings appear as they should. Can you advice how I can fix this? as this is a key search feature for my users.

    Hi torbaytots,

    as a premium user, you must ask for support through our website. We are not allowed to provide support for premium plugins through this forum.

    I do not have a premium membership as the plugin was gifted to me as I am an non profit site and have 0 funds. And as such, I was unaware this was a premium feature – please any help would be most welcomed as this is a fantastic plugin

    Hello,

    We do offer discounted licenses for non-profit organizations; however, we are unable to provide support for websites that use our plugins without a valid license.

    The party that provided you with our plugins should also transfer their license key to you.

    P.S. It seems that this matter was already discussed in a previous forum post, which can be found here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/map-not-loading-29/#post-17013563.

    If one of our members gifted you our plugins, that’s perfectly fine, but please ensure they also provide you with the associated license key.

    Should the plugin have been obtained via a GPL club, please note it would be unlicensed, and we cannot offer support without a valid license.
