Search icon doesn’t work 100%

    Hi,
    Thanks for the great theme – this is the second time using Neve!
    With the neat search icon at the top menu, it isn’t always work. Sometimes it seems to crash on Chrome about 50% chance and it has error with Safari – it doesn’t work at all.
    Any solution for this please?

    Oh, it also doesn’t work at all on mobile – forgot to mention.

    Is there any solution for this?

    Hi @kowoonbacon,

    Thanks for using the Neve theme.

    I checked your site and currently, there is no search icon in the menus.

    This issue might be occurring due to the plugin conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    So sorry, I re-enabled the search icon on both desktop & mobile for you to have a look again which still 50% works on Chrome and not working at all on Safari.

    On mobile the page freezes completely.

    On Safari it has an error message “Safari can’t open the page
    The error is: Cannot decode raw data (NSURLErrorDomain:-1015)”

    Yes it could be to do with plug-ins, which I’ll check – thank you but would you mind re-checking my site with the search bar please?

    Hi @kowoonbacon!

    I checked your site on Chrome on a laptop and on Safari on an IOS mobile device and in both cases the search icon works properly for me and I don’t get any error. Please try the suggestion made above by Poonam regarding the plugin conflicts.
