If Make, Model & Year have been selected, but the category hasn’t been filled out, all products are displayed to the customer – rather as all products for that specific Make, Model & Year.

Is there any solution to this problem.

Hello,

Try to disable other plugins.

Also try to temporarily use the default WooCommerce theme Storefront:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/storefront/

Is there a way to remove the category drop-down search from the HTML code?

Hello,

You can disable the category drop-downs on the page:
WordPress dashboard > YMM Search > Configuration

Hi there,

We’ve tried disabling various plugins as well as taking our the drop-down search. However, we are still getting all our products displayed after a YMM search instead of YMM specific products.

Have you tried to use the default WooCommerce theme Storefront?

Just to check if it is a theme related problem.

Morning,

We have changed to the default theme.

Sadly, the issue where someone is given the whole product range instead of vehicle specific products if they don’t select a category is still occurring.
