"Search Meter" Plugin – Compatible with Google Search?

    For those using the Search Meter plugin created by Bennett McElwee, have you been able to get it to work with Google Search? I’ve had it installed for a few weeks and no data is being generated.

    My site is: http://www.HDHPexpert.com

    Maybe I should just use Google Adsense to get this data instead of the widget?

    Thanks for any help that can be provided.

    If you’re using Google search, then the search query gets sent straight to Google and WordPress (and Search Meter) never sees it.

    So in this case, yes, you will need to use Google to get the data you want.

    Thanks Bennett – it’s a shame I can’t take advantage of your very helpful plugin.
