Search not working suddenly

    I have a strange problem with the search button —
    it is working on site A: http://www.x3sports.com
    not working on site B: dev.x3sports.com
    The code should be copycat of each other, both searches were working fine before, not sure when site A stopped working. I’ll be grateful for any help!
