Search only specific post type

    Hi,
    I have an archive page for newsletters with a search form – and I would like to “limit” or filter searches on that page to search only inside the post type “newsletter.

    It would be absolutely cool to create several search form embed snippets/configs in backend that could be shown on different front-end pages/posts.

    Just to confirm, you’re wanting to conditionally exclude specific post types correct? Say post type A is only searched when using a search field found on page A, and then only posts from post type B when using a search field found on page B?

    Asking because limiting to only certain ones sitewide would be easy, but weaving a web like that would be more complex and require some custom dev work.
