Search page problems

    Hi, i have a theme and there is a problem with searching the blog. It dosent return results if i search from archives/category/page pages, only from the home page and post page?

    All single posts are found I asume? Does it matter if a single post is in a category archive or a monthly archive? If you got all these results, each post would be found a number of times. In the index, in the single, in the category archive, in the tags archive, in the monthly archive, etc.
    Or didn’t I understand your question?
