I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site by entering 2mg900031dh01341 and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.
It seems your website specific issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine, and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty One theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Best regards,
Hello, I just realized that when I enter 2dq103001fj00076 (which is the bottom half of the name of one of my product) in the ivory search bar plugin on my site and press enter, the search result would ended up having nothing but showing only this “”.
But if I enter 大清銀幣宣統三年壹圓銀幣(出雲版) 2dq103001fj00076 , (which is the full name of one of my product) and press enter, the search result will show the correct product.
I found out that this issue did not occur when I disabled one of my plugin, however when I reactivated the plugin, the issue occurred again.
May I ask is this problem caused by the two plugins not be compatible or?
If I need both of my plugins, is there a way to overcome this issue?
Thank you
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so I can troubleshoot it?
What is a name of other plugin that is conflicting?
I can see the topics related to Ultimate Auction for the WooCommerce plugin such as below so could you please contact the plugin support to resolve it?

Ok will do that, thank you.
