Search Results page empty

Recently the search function on this page has stopped working. When someone searches for location using the search box below the menu, the results page shows the page title and nothing more–not even a note that there are no results (when there should have been). I will note that the search function inside the map works perfectly, as it has been.

Presuming that nothing has changed in the initial setup, which worked correctly until recently, how can I fix this issue?
