Search should not read HTML code

    I’m not sure if this has been fixed in 2.1 but in my older install the wordpress search feature reads markup as well. I don’t think it should do that.

    For example I search for ‘apple’, but the page doesn’t show up cause the HTML is ‘apple’

    Did you submit a ticket to trac?

    I don’t think it should do that.

    be sure to explain why you feel that way because chances are someone’s going to disagree with you.
