Search String doesn't work

Hello,

Trying to use the ‘Other Notes’ search on this page:

http://www.dadsofdestiny.net/clan-connection-testlist/

I simply want to filter the list using the submit=search like so:

http://www.dadsofdestiny.net/clan-connection-testlist/?search_field=specifc_console&value=Xbox%20360&submit=search

But the results never update. The page is a basic template with no alterations or filters merely the [pdb_list] shortcode on the page.

Ultimately I want to provide a form at the top that basically resubmits the page with specific variables to adjust the list.

I wasn’t sure I could ‘pre-filter’ the page using the [pdb_list] options as well as submit a search as the ‘Other Notes’ said simply the page with the [pdb_list] on it.

Any help or advice you could provide would be appreciated.
