Search Widget

I have Elementor pro. I have added their search box widget to the page https://transplantnation.us/glossary/ . When a term is put in it returns no a term within the page, but iinstead it goes to another page. A page that has actually been deleted (try it.) I can find no way to contact a human at Elementor for support.
