Hello,

I followed the instructions in this post https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/search-widget-changing-its-visual-effect/#post-118586, but the search fields on the result page do not display the fontawesome on the button.

Is Font Awesome loaded on your site?

We might be able to use the GeneratePress font icons if not. Can you link me to your site?

Hi there,

that CSS only applies to the search widget, you need to include the search form as well so the selector for the 2nd CSS rule ie:

.widget_search .search-submit {

needs to be:
```
.widget_search .search-submit,
.search-form input[type="submit"] {
```
