Hello sheebz,
Could you determine which plugin (or theme) is causing the problems?
You can deactivate the other plugins, one at a time, and see when the problems disappear, and you can switch to a standard theme and see if the problems disappear. After you locate the conflicting plugin or theme, I can try and fix the conflict.
Please let me know!
Thanks for the quick response,At first the plugin was working as desired but i created 3 field groups, one is General other two are Students and teachers field groups,i included only Teacher group fields in search form
that created the problem for me.
Also some fields are not showing up on Buddypress registration form after i created field groups.

http://learn.movingideasupport.com/registerBP Profile Search can search any field in any field group, so I don’t think there is an issue with your Teachers field group. Could you give me a sample search that’s not working for you?
Also note that only the fields in the Base (Primary) field group are shown on the registration page.
Thanks, But i need to show teacher fields on registration page as well as i am populating my Teacher posts as per the fields on the registration page:
http://learn.movingideasupport.com/register
Also http://learn.movingideasupport.com/teachers this has Buddypress search integrated with it and is yielding wrong results.I have changed the default Member page to teacher page.Only the fields in the Base (Primary) field group are shown on the registration page, that’s the way BuddyPress works.
Can you tell me which specific search is yielding wrong results?
I managed to somehow show all field groups on the registration page, but some fields are not getting displayed as you can see here:http://learn.movingideasupport.com/register
Also http://learn.movingideasupport.com/teachers this has Buddypress Profile search integrated with it and is yielding wrong results.I have changed the default Member page to teacher page. The search widget on the right side of this page is yielding wrong results.I’m sorry I can’t help with the registration page, that’s not controlled by BP Profile Search.
I’m willing to help with the search issue, but I need to know a sample search that is yielding wrong results for you. That is which values you are entering in the search form, which results you are expecting, and which results you are getting instead.
Ok, i have created Buddypress user attributes(Extended profile fields) at the time they register. Their respective profile fields get populated as per the fields on the registration page,
In the link “http://learn.movingideasupport.com/teachers” you can yourself check that when a teacher is searhed on the basis of Buddypress profile fields like “experiance” etc , Buddypress profile search is not getting the teachers as per the entered search values.Sorry for bothering you so much.At this time all the searches redirect to a 404 page, but previously all the searches I tried worked fine for me.
That’s why I’m asking, which specific search doesn’t work for you? Of course you have to fix the 404 first.
Hello,
I solved the 404 issue, now you can check if search is giving wrong results, i tried again to check but its yielding wrong results.
eg: if a user enters 2 in experience field it should list all teachers(Buddypress users) who have experience field, and same foe other fields as well. All fields are currently showing no user available.Regards.
Hello sheebz,
All the searches I try work fine for me.
If you search for 2 years of experience you don’t find any teachers, because no teacher has 2 years of experience. If you look into Kabul’s profile, you can see he has 1 year of experience, so probably you have simply to fix the display.
Do you have other searches that don’t work for you?
