Searchable image galllery plugin

Hi,
I am trying to find a plug in for a image gallery that is easily searchable, like this website http://www.ultrasoundcases.info/default.aspx
Does anyone have any suggestions? the portfolio themes don’t seem to have such great ability to be searched through for certain keywords.
