Searching a plugin

Hi,

I am searching plugin that allows me to do a bulletin board. The idea is people could register and then publish a notification like:

“Selling toys
price: 3€”

The notification would have a button from which a private message could be sent directly to the notifier. No comment section and other is needed.

Does it work with forum or e-commerce plugins?
