Hello,

You will see I have 3 strips on my home page which link through to a category “IT”, “DIGITAL”, “TECH”. I am sending through to my jobs page and adding search_category and the term ID to the URL string as such (http://www.energizerecruitment.com/jobs?s=&search_location=&search_category=11)

But no matter what the search_category ID is it brings back the same number of results each time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @dabeecher I was able to replicate this behavior but I’m not entirely sure what the issue is. Is appear passing in the url parameter doesn’t set the category field properly so the ajax does not pull the category. I’ll have to circle back on this later. Feel free to file a Github report https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/new

mmey i know how did you change the look of the job field? diid you use virtual composr or?

@motoz I’m not sure I follow. I’m passing in the search category like you were doing on my local site to test what is going on and I got the same result. I’ll work on this next week.
