    I have tried to a add a new seating plan with aisles but it does not recognise the code as exampled in the manual.

    Even using the example given; 1.1-8.8aa,1.9-8.16 i get an error message

    Error Parsing Seating Plan 1 Layout – – 1.1-8.8aa

    The zone spec is valid, and works OK on my trial site and the demo site (I’ve added it to your version of the demo site).

    What version are you using?

    There have been a whole host of updates since then. Please update to the latest StageShow version and re-test.

    I no longer have the download key to dl the newest version

    Updates to StageShow are shown on the “Installed Plugins” page the same as other plugins, but you need to have the “License Reference ID” and “License EMail Address” set in the StageShow settings. Details are in section 4 of the Manual.
