    Hello, I tried to import seats to SeatReg but it doesn’t work. I found correct ID and Name, but it still says that the seat does not exist (when occupied says not exist and occupied). I thought that import is possible when it contains the button import. Thank You a lot for Your help!

    Hello
    How did you try to import seats? Did you use Copy functionality in registration->More modal?

    Hello,
    I tried it in Reservation>chose the event>Import Reservation (CSV)
    I firstly imported the CSV from reservations made, then I changed the seat’s IDs. But allways it says that the seats don’t exist (even if I tried to import existed seats – it said not exist and occupied). And then it says nothing – window without message like it doesn’t see anything.

    You should not modify the CSV file for the import. How it works is that you created a layout. After that people make bookings. Now you want to duplicate the registration. First step is to copy the registration (layout and some settings will be copied). Now you have an extra options if you want to also copy bookings (CSV file import). The CSV file should be the one you extracted from the original registration (not changed).
    While testing I found a bug (introduced in version 1.61.0) that is a different problem. But currently import is broken. Created a task.
