second column gone when viewing individual posts

    I am trying to tweak the grid-focus theme.

    when i visit the main site, I am able to see two columns to my right from the content.

    However, when I click on a post, the resulting page only shows the 3rd column and not the second one.

    could someone help me to find what is wrong?
