Second email not being send, sometimes.

    This is one of those hard to debug problem…
    I install this great plugin ( yes, it is great. I love it), in few WP sites I manage. What is happening is that some sites do not send the second email to the new user, so they are stuck on the “unconfirmed” status.
    I could no figure out what could be the differences between sites. All have the same plugins and setup. But few sites never send the second email.
