second language does not send

I’m using WPML version 3.8.0 and the website is in English and Dutch. I’m using Contactform 7. WP is set to English. The problem is all the forms in English send perfect but after switching to Dutch these forms didn’t send (stays in a sending loop). What do I wrong? Is there a setting I have to change? Can somebody help me with this issue? Please as simple as it gets… I’m new to this multi-language technique.

This issue is caused by WPML’s bug that generates invalid rest_url() output.
The correct output of
rest_url( 'contact-form-7/v1' )should be:With WPML, it becomes:
This doesn’t work, of course.
If you have to use WPML, I suggest contacting the plugin seller for support. These support forums are not appropriate for asking support for commercial products.
