My customers are getting very frustrated. When in check out, they are required to fill in the second address line. Well, many do not have an apt number or secondary info, just one street address. How do I go about not making the second address box required? I am losing customers that get frustrated with the process. Thank you.

Are you referring to the second address line shown here: https://d.pr/i/52YvSK ?

If yes, then please go to WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout, and set the “Address line 2” to “Hidden”. Please see the screenshot for reference:
