    HI,

    I am trying to add your plugin to a second site using the same facebook account. When I go to enable oEmbed no error shows up but it does not show as enabled. Do I need a separate facebook account per site? Are there any tips you can give to help me debug?

    Hi @sm15wolf,

    Thank you for contacting us! It’s not necessary to have multiple Facebook accounts to set up up oEmbeds on more than one WordPress Site. One thing to check is to make sure there are no firewall settings or anything else that would prevent your web server from making requests to https://graph.instagram.com or https://graph.facebook.com. You may need to check with your web host to confirm this.

    Occasionally there can be a temporary issue on the Facebook/Instagram side that prevents the connection, so sometimes if you try again later it will work when it didn’t intially.

    You can also test fully deactivating and deleting the plugin, doing a clean install, and then trying to enable oEmbeds again.
