Secondary menu doesn't show

Hello there,
I need to add a (horizontal) secondary menu above the main menu.
This is the website I’m working on: http://elliescafe.com/
I followed these instructions http://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/145-managing-the-header-menu-in-the-customizr-theme about adding a secondary menu which is supported by the theme but the menu doesn’t show in the header.
Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this?
By the way, I love this theme, I just don’t know why the customization is no working.
