Secondary Menu: Not visible on responsive (mobile) page

    The secondary menu is not visible on a responsive (mobile) page. Is there a flag needed to be set for it to show or is this a defect?

    This is issue/behavior is present on both Safari (iOS) and Android (Chromium Based) browsers.
